SALON POLICIES

All services show a starting price and can increase based on hair length, texture, or additional services rendered. 

                     the number of sessions needed per service may vary to achieve specific results.

Out of courtesy for your stylist, we kindly ask that you give 48 hours’ notice for any cancelation or reschedules. 

In the case that more than               notice is not given for a cancelation or reschedule, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service; no shows will be responsible for 100% of the service price. 

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following reservations.

                                                                if reservation is no-show or canceled beyond the 48 hour policy.                                                          in general and can only be transferred to a new date and time once. Rescheduling more than once will require you to re-book your reservation and leave another deposit.

ALL CANCELATIONS MUST BE DONE VIA OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM OR IN RESPONSE TO YOUR TEXT CONFIRMATION. NO VOICEMAILS OR INSTAGRAM MESSAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

if you are sick/ have a fever please reschedule. Out of respect for the health and safety of our staff and other guestS, we do reserve the right to turn away guests who show up sick.
You will still be charged 50% of the service you had booked.

IF RESERVATION IS NO-SHOW OR CANCELED BEYOND THE 48 HOUR POLICY. DEPOSITS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
 
IN GENERAL AND CAN ONLY BE TRANSFERRED TO A NEW DATE AND TIME ONCE. RESCHEDULING MORE THAN ONCE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO RE-BOOK YOUR RESERVATION AND LEAVE ANOTHER DEPOSIT.

IF YOU ARE SICK/ HAVE A FEVER PLEASE RESCHEDULE. OUT OF RESPECT FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR STAFF AND OTHER GUESTS, WE DO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TURN AWAY GUESTS WHO SHOW UP SICK.
YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE YOU HAD BOOKED.
