Is there a Deposit Required to make a salon appointment?
Yes. All deposits will be non-transferable if reservation is no-show or canceled beyond the 48 hour policy. Deposits made are non-refundable in general and can only be transferred to a new date and time once. Rescheduling more than once will require you to re-book your reservation and leave another deposit.

Out of courtesy for your stylist, we kindly ask that you give 48 hours’ notice for any cancelation or reschedules. In the case that more than 48 hours’ notice is not given for a cancelation or reschedule, you will be responsible for paying 50%of the scheduled service; no shows will be responsible for 100% of the service price.

What if I am not satisfied with my hair?
We honor the Ultimate Salon Experience here at Beautébar Brooklyn. If you are unsatisfied with your hair service all adjustments must be performed within two weeks of initial appointment or additional charges may be applied. We do not honor REFUNDS but will make sure to have you feeling confident in your new look.
Salon Cancellation Policy
Out of courtesy for your stylist, we kindly ask that you give 48 hours’ notice for any cancelation or reschedules. In the case that more than 48 hours’ notice is not given for a cancelation or reschedule, you will be responsible for paying 50%of the scheduled service; no shows will be responsible for 100% of the service price. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following reservations. ALL CANCELATIONS MUST BE DONE VIA OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM OR IN RESPONSE TO YOUR TEXT CONFIRMATION. NO VOICE MAILS OR INSTAGRAM MESSAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rescheduling more than once will require you to re-book your appointment and leave another deposit. If you contact us to reschedule or no show/no call within the 24 hour you will lose your deposit and will be required to leave a 50% deposit of future services requested.
