What if I need to make a change to my hair appointment?
We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will be subject to the *non-refundable $50.00 deposit fee. All guests who cancel within the 24-hour cancellation or whom “no call/no show” to any appointment will be required to leave a 50% deposit for their future services.

All services show a starting price and can increase based on hair length, texture, or additional services rendered. Please note: number of sessions needed may vary to achieve specific results.

What if I am not satisfied with my hair?
We honor the Ultimate Salon Experience here at Beautébar Brooklyn. If you are unsatisfied with your hair service all adjustments must be performed within two weeks of initial appointment or additional charges may be applied. We do not honor REFUNDS but will make sure to have you feeling confident in your new look.
Salon Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you must CANCEL/RESCHEDULE your appointment. Deposit will only be credited towards your next appointment if we have been notified at least 24 hours in advance, WITH the date & time you would like to reschedule to. If you do not have a date & time, that is considered a cancellation. Rescheduling more than once will require you to re-book your appointment and leave another deposit. If you contact us to reschedule or no show/no call within the 24 hour you will lose your deposit and will be required to leave a 50% deposit of future services requested.
